Dr Rendani has been honoured with the Onkgopotse Tiro Excellence Award by the University of Limpopo for service and influence in sport in South Africa. He was also acknowledged at one of the 100 most influential sport personalities in South Africa – the honour coming from the then national department of Sport and Recreation South Africa.
As Deputy Director of Sport at the University of Pretoria, Doc Rendani also acted as the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of “AmaTuks,” the institution’s professional football team that currently plays in the National First Division of the National Soccer League (NSL).
Doc Mulaudzi has served as Council Member of the Vhembe TVET College for two terms, and recently chaired the national Sport Relief Fund Appeals Committee. He also served on the South African Football Association’s 2010 FIFA World Cup Legacy Trust Adjudication Panel. Doc Mulaudzi was the Chairperson of University Sport South Africa (USSA) for 2 years (2010 – 2012).
